A woman has been charged with killing a Parkinson's sufferer who died after having his mobility scooter stolen in a Tesco car park.
Kimberley Ann Hawkins, 41, is accused of killing 63-year-old Neil Shadwick on January 22 last year in Gloucestershire.
Mr Shadwick was discovered unresponsive by a member of staff at the store on Stratford Road, Stroud, at around 6am. The temperature at the time he was found was minus four degrees.
The disabled man died the same day after suffering a stroke at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

The scooter was found abandoned on Bisley Old Road in Stroud later the same day.
Hawkins is expected to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on May 15, Gloucestershire Police said.
Hawkins was last year charged with robbing the Parkinson's sufferer of his mobility scooter.
