WAHALA!! Mercy Eke laments, Claims She Has Over N100million In The Foreclosed Heritage Bank

Popular Reality TV star, Mercy Eke, has taken to social media to lament about the closure of Heritage Bank, claims she has over N100 million with them.

Naijaloaded recalls that on June 3rd, the CBN announced their decision to revoke the banking license of Heritage Bank after reports that the bank was struggling financially for over 5 years.

Big Brother Naija star, Mercy Eke who has an account with the bank revealed she heard the news before but refused to believe it was true.

She claimed that during her time in the Big Brother ‘Pepper Dem’ in 2019, they were advised to open an account with them to receive their winnings as the Bank was one of the sponsors of the show.

While the NDIC has promised to pay customers who have less than N5 million their money in the next one week, customers who have more will have to wait until the bank assets are liquidated to receive theirs.
