Marseille are keen on signing Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal this summer.
The Ligue 1 side have explored the conditions of a potential deal.
They are now discussing internally whether to make a formal bid for Nketiah or not.
According to Sky Sports News, the 25-year-old is expected to leave the Gunners this summer.
But that will depend on Arsenal receiving a substantial offer.
Nketiah found game time limited last season, starting only 10 games in the Premier league.
He still has three years left on his contract.
