Remo Stars Stadium to host NNL coaches training programme

Ahead of the commencement of the 2023-24 Nigeria National League season, the organizers of the league have selected Remo Stars Stadium as the venue for its coaches’ training programme.

The programme will run for four days, from 15th to 19th October, 2023.

According to the NNL chairman, George Aluo, the training programme aims to upgrade the knowledge of all the coaches to upgrade the standard of the league.

He said the choice of the venue is to partner with the private sector in developing the sport in Nigeria.

“Remo Stars is one of the best privately owned sports complex in Nigeria,” he told NNL media.

“Government cannot do it alone others should equally initiate the building of private facilities so that Sports can thrive under the best condition.”

Forty NNL coaches will participate in the programme.
