The former reality TV star posted photos of her 10-month-old son and internet users became fixated on Phoenix’s head, with many leaving insensitive comments on Paris' post.
Some commenters compared the infant to Family Guy’s Stewie, a character famously known for being a baby with a large head.
Reacting, Paris wrote: "There are some sick people in the world. My Angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain."
