The deal is contingent on Ejuke passing a medical examination, which is scheduled for the following week.

Currently on loan from CSKA Moscow, Ejuke has been playing for Royal Antwerp in the Belgian Pro League.

His career has been marked by impressive stints in Norway, the Netherlands, Russia, and Germany, and he made his debut for the Nigerian national team in a friendly match against Tunisia in October 2020.

Ejuke’s journey in Europe began in 2017 with Norway’s Vålerenga, followed by a move to SC Heerenveen in the Netherlands in 2019, despite interest from top clubs like Besiktas and Lazio. In August 2020, he signed a four-year contract with CSKA Moscow, quickly making an impact and scoring in a 3-1 derby win over Spartak Moscow. Due to the FIFA ruling related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he suspended his contract with CSKA for the 2022/23 season and joined Hertha BSC in Germany.

Ejuke continued his career at Royal Antwerp in July 2023, utilizing another FIFA exemption for players in Russia.

The 26-year-old’s move to Sevilla marks a significant step up in his career, bringing his talents to La Liga and presenting an opportunity for him to shine in one of Europe’s top leagues.
