Miley Cyrus' alleged stalker, 52-year-old Alexander Karddalian, was arrested after arriving to the singer's L.A. home Friday morning to gift the performer a stuffed animal, according to TMZ.

The Flowers hitmaker, 31, notably was granted a court-ordered protection against the same individual last year in September 2023 - just days after he had been released from prison.

Law enforcement informed the outlet that Karddalian was arrested near her abode after a call was made by Cyrus and her team around 1am.

The former Disney channel star - who was home at the time - and her team made a call to report on a suspicious person after Miley believed that it was someone she had dealt with in the past.

Sources informed TMZ that Alexander allegedly showed up to her front gate with a stuffed animal.

However, security was able to detain him while LAPD was called to the scene.

Cops then took him away and he was later booked for not complying with a court order.

This was not the first time that Miley has encountered Karddalian. Last year in September 2023, the songstress had been granted a court-ordered protection from the alleged stalker.

At the time, TMZ reported that in Cyrus' legal filing, she claimed the 52-year-old had arrived at her house just a few days after he was released from prison.

The performer also alleged that Karddalian had also been sending unwanted letters, in which he has detailed his obsessions with her that went back to 2018.

In the filing, Cyrus claimed that the individual had made numerous requests for money. He reportedly made sexually-charged comments about her.

The singer also wrote that Karddalian's 'obsessive behavior' became all the more concerning in the summer of 2022, when he allegedly arrived uninvited at her Los Angeles residence on two separate occasions.

The individual in question was said to have been escorted off her property both times.

The performer also claimed that Karddalian was arrested in December 2022 and was imprisoned in San Quentin State Prison until August of last year, when he was released.

Cyrus wrote that the individual allegedly returned to her property just a few days after he was released from custody.

She also claimed that Karddalian sent her a letter, in which he wrote that he would visit her residence promptly after being freed from prison.

Although the individual was said to have visited her property, he was prevented from seeing the singer by her security team, who notified police about his presence.

The performer claimed that her alleged stalker was threatened with arrest should he return to her residence in the future, although he ultimately did so.

Cyrus has also wrote that Karddalian has been utilizing her home address for health insurance-related purposes.

She alleged that the individual has written her a letter in which he stated that he 'doesn't give a f*** if he lives' if she did not respond to his attempt at communication.

The performer stated that her alleged stalker was dealing with 'severe mental health challenges' in her filing, in which she also claimed that he also harbored what she described as 'dangerous fixation and/or obsession' with her life.

The singer has also claimed that, as a result of the individual's behavior, she is concerned for her own safety, as well as the well-being of her mother, Tish, and boyfriend Maxx Morando.
