Former Liverpool and Nottingham Forest star Larry Lloyd, who won two European Cups under Brian Clough, died on Thursday aged 75.
The Bristol-born defender won the First Division title with Liverpool in 1973 and won the UEFA Cup in the same season, playing 218 times for the Reds over five years at Anfield.
He moved to Forest - then a second division team - in 1976 after just over two seasons with Coventry in a £60,000 deal after being recommended to Clough by his trusted No 2 Peter Taylor.
Forest won promotion in Taylor's first season at the City Ground and went on to lift the First Division title and the League Cup in 1978.
A second successive League Cup followed a year later, when Forest's meteoric rise reached its climax as they beat Malmo in the European Cup final courtesy of Trevor Francis' goal.

Lloyd lifted a second consecutive European Cup in 1980, when John Robertson's goal proved the difference in the final against Hamburg.
The Bristolian played 214 times for Forest and formed a superb defensive partnership with fellow centre-back Kenny Burns playing in front of England great Peter Shilton.
'We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Larry Lloyd,' Forest said in a statement.
'Part of the Miracle Men, Larry was an integral player in the Forest side that memorably won back-to-back European Cups in 1979 and 1980, making 218 appearances for the club in total.
'We send our condolences to Larry’s friends and family at this truly sad time. Rest in peace, Larry.'
Liverpool also paid tribute to their their former player.

Lloyd, who won four England caps, left the City Ground after five seasons in March 1981 to take over as player-manager at Wigan in place of Ian McNeill.
The following season he led the Latics to promotion to the Third Division, before joining Notts County in July 1983.
His spell at Meadow Lane was unsuccessful, as the club were relegated at the end of his first season in charge and he was sacked in October of the following year.
