The minority caucus in the House of Representatives has urged the federal government to consider a living wage for Nigerian workers.

Minority leader of the house, Kingsley Chinda, made this call in a statement on the occasion of 2024 Workers’ Day celebration, seeking swift implementation similar to the speed observed in raising taxes or tariffs on the populace.
