A father of an 11-year-old girl who was filmed on TikTok allegedly assaulting an autistic boy has claimed armed police are patrolling outside his house because of threats on his daughter's life.
He says his child has been left feeling terrified after the death threats came to their home in the West Midlands.
Armed police banged on their door in the early hours of the morning to tell the family they would be patrolling the streets outside in order to keep an eye on the home, the father claimed.
The footage, which apparently shows a girl attacking an autistic boy, spread to America and Australia and has gone viral on X, Facebook, and YouTube.
It was later suggested the boy, reportedly aged 10, was left bloodied and bruised and needed hospital treatment.

The girl's father, however, says it has got out of hand amid amateur internet detectives trying to track her down.
They initially posted the wrong address details and phone numbers which resulted in a number of abusive calls being made to people who were not involved, reported The Sun.
Police have insisted no one was seriously injured and the primary schoolgirl's father says the pair were soon 'mates again and playing together'.
He said: 'She did hit the boy because he pulled her hair, but that's all that happened.
'By Saturday, they were mates again and playing together. We don't know why it went viral.
'We had armed response police banging on the door at 4.30am and they said they were going to keep patrols at the address.'
The father claimed TikTok had refused to remove the video, but the social media company and YouTube both say the footage has been taken down.
