Rivers United technical adviser Stanley Eguma has praised forward Deputy Echeta for his contributions to the team.
Echeta has scored five goals for Rivers United in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.
Eguma believed that with consistency the former Bendel Insurance player could make a mark in the NPFL.
“He has been a very good player,” Eguma told Rivers United media
“If he continues this way, he’s going to make a mark in this league.”
Eguma will be hoping that Echeta adds to his goal tally when Rivers United battle Bayelsa United.
The game is billed for the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa on Monday.
